Axis and Ohs keeps crashing when using A350 1.0.5/6/7

Featured Replies

Axis and Ohs is working fine for Fenix, but if i load up the INIBUILD A350 the AAO shuts down instantly.

I have no idea whats going on, is anyone else is expereincing this?

Are you using the latest version of AAO (4.52 build 39)? This sounds like invalid input events being offered by the aircraft, which did happen occasionally in previous versions of AAO. But there are people who are already using the AAO with the A350, so there is no systematic error in play.

But it is impossible to tell without more information. An app of this type doesn't just shut down or crash on its own, it is forcibly closed by Windows. Under normal circumstances, there should be error messages in the Windows Event logs, containing information as to why Windows decided to close AAO.

I am on the latest AAO build (4.52 B39) currently on Win11. I was able to use it before the more recent updates.

Do you think its caused by an existing binding on my profile? I will try to look at the Windows Event log.

After your message I bought the plane myself, but I don't experience any problems with it (other than MSFS 2024 itself crashing...)

If all fails, send an email with your proof of purchase to the support address (last page of the AAO manual). I may need logfiles, and I can provide an updated version that way too if necessary.

Thanks for the quick reply there.

Based on your "input" comment i deleted the A350 templates, thinking they might be causing it.

Issue resolved - the template was making AAO crash - removing the template resolve it.

Really? That's weird. Was that a downloaded template? Any chance I could get my hands on it?
