Takeoff time in a flight plan

Featured Replies

In Little Navmap can takeoff time be added to a flight plan?

Thanks for your reply, but I should have added that I am trying to create schedules to bring small airfields to life with minor GA traffic, for example G-EGHP Popham.

I see. You can enter a start time into the flight plan remarks tab (free text field) but there is no special section for departure time, sorry.

Yes, in Little Navmap you can manually set the takeoff time in the flight plan by adjusting the departure time under the "Flight Plan" tab. Just right-click on the departure airport and select "Set Departure Time" or edit it directly in the flight plan details.

Sorry, not true. There is no departure time in LNM and it cannot be set.

BTW: https://app.gptzero.me shows that this answer a AI generated text and therefore at least questionable. Looks like a hallucinating ChatGPT.

You probably ran into an AI generated answer at the top of search results. Most internet search engines include one now.

The problem with AI is that the answer is not correct quite often. They are lying to you outright which is also called hallucinating.
You always have to check the facts using other sources when using AI.
