When I clicked on the "Rebuild Scenery DB" button in RC4.3.3845, I specified my P3D 5.31 directory and the message returned was "Failed to make Runways CSV files!" 

Do I need an updated copy of makerwys.exe and if so, where can I find it?

I ran makerwys.exe directly myself and the same error message appeared, validating the definition of insanity.

Thank you Ray!  It even comes with a bonus utility to rebuild your scenery.cfg file apparently.
