how do you get the twr, dep, grnd, clr  circles to appear on the map. ? thank you

I suppose you use an online service, right? VATSIM? IVAO?

First go to menu "Scenery library" -> "Airspace libraries" and enable "Online".

Then menu "View" -> "Airspaces" and enable all. You can also do this in the toolbar (same icon as the menu).
