During starting, app hangs up more than an hour.

After more than an hour it automatically closes. 

Then, after it closes I start the program again and it returns to normal.

I already tried reinstalling it several times, but it still hangs up during the first start.

The screenshot you sent is the initial blue screen where license checking is done.  It requires a good internet connection to work.

Make sure you have a good internet connection before starting the program.

If it hangs, you should be able to close the window using the Windows "X" button in the top right and try starting again.
