FSiPanel provides setup functionalities for practicing approachs and landings, okay I understand that. But they do not provide ATC functionality right? If not every flight can be done with whatever ATC so why mentioning it?

The scenarios are scripted training, mostly with prerecorded atc by real people, often r/l pilots or controllers.

You go from clearance all through to taxi to the gate, so long as you follow instructions and fly precisely.

Some have failures  emergencies or diversions.

Highly recommended bur probably not for everyone.
