I dont understand 2024 jetways management. There is not an option to ask connect or disconect jetways as in 2020, instead a "allow passangers boarding start or allow passangers boarding stop" options are available, but the problem is that the first option is present once you have landed and  arrived to the gate, and the passengers begin to board, which is nonsense

you shouldn't worry about such things, it only spoils the good mood of the hobby

If you want a better "feeling" from real things you can use external tools. 
in the markets and forums there are countless good freeware and payware to choose from which can compensate for these deficits.
