This kind of thing can be caused by add ons , or improperly installed repaints. Start double checking, uninstall and reinstall as necessary.Bob

i5, 16 GB ram, GTX 960, FS on SSD, Windows 10 64 bit, home built works anyway.

That, and look at your graphics sliders. Most everything should be at least medium detail to see a reasonable amount of eye candy. Your texture sliders should be maxed out to see full texture detail...Jeff ShylukAssistant Managing EditorSenior Staff ReviewerAVSIM

>But the cockpit graphics are fine. Are you referring to VC textures, or 2D panels? If it's the 2D panels that look OK, pay particular attention to the "Global texture resolution" slider. It should be set to "Very high".When I first ran FSX I couldn't believe how bad the plane textures looked until I discovered that setting.

Yes, that was it Many thanks guysErik [email protected]:Win Vista 64 Ultimate Motherboard: MSI P35 platinumProc.: Intel Core2 duo E6750 coolerMem: 2 x 1 GB DDR2 Twin 800 Mhz Corsair HD 1: Western Digital 750 GB SATAII 16MBHD 2: Western Digital 500 GB SATAII 16MBGraphic Card 1: Point of View Nvdia 8800 GTS 640MB POVGraphic Card 2: Asus 8400GS 256 MB Case: Anec performance OneP182Voeding: Corsair voeding HX 620 W
