//42 777 immersion question

Hoping someone who owns this can help me out here.

I used this in P3D and figured I would add it in MSFS again but a bit confused.  The marketing advertises this as:

An All-In-One Boeing 777 Visual Effects Package.

777 Immersion is available as a single package for all popular renditions of the 777 airframe, regardless of livery used! Enjoy immersive effects for the PMDG & CaptainSim offerings, customized for each.

So "All-In-One" for me means it is self contained however if I try to purchase on Contrail it tells me that the base //immersion pack is necessary and tries to add the $25 product on top of the $15 for the 777 immersion.   On the //42 website it does not automatically add it and I can purchase just 777 immersion but they do say

Please make sure you have the latest version of SimFX which adds support for this new extension, ACTION!

Which is different that "required"

Sooooooo

Which is it?  Is it an all in one product for the 777 for $15 or does it also require the base immersion product when all I want is the //777 immersion?

I will spend $15 on this but not $40+

Yeah, you need the base SimFX. It think it uses assets from there.
