How to blank keyboard controls?

Featured Replies

Hi folks,

is there a way to blank all controls in FS2024 or a blank file template to download for keyboard assigned controls? I need to have a completely blank entry inputs, no need to have assigned keyboard mapping with commands I won't use ever, I want to set myself. Now I'm manually deleting one by one, crazy!

Thanks for help in advance

I don't understand why you want to delete everything.
Change the commands you want to use according to your needs and key, if the key you want to use is already assigned, MSFS2024 will tell you.
delete the assignments of the keys you don't need.
Ignore the other existing assignments.
However, this is entirely your decision. I would save myself the unnecessary work

I prefer to start from a blank page and assign myself what I need because several times there are many conflicts.

By the way it's done. But have I to assign my saved keyboards setting to every specific aircraft? I set them as default but seems not workink properly.

For example I assigned the keyboard commands using Fenix and works perfectly and set as default. Then if I switch to pmdg 777 can't recall the keyboard commands used for Fenix, but I setted them for ALL AIRPLANES.
