July 29, 2025Jul 29 I have problem that the Inibuilds A320 V2 is zoomed in somehow, the camera perspective is weird? Like the FOV is smaller than in other planes? Any ideas about this? It just feels wrong. MSFS2020. Here you can see it, in both photos i'm zoomed out as much as possible. https://imgur.com/a/SS1PvuC
July 29, 2025Jul 29 The FOV in my PMDG 737-600 in MSFS 2020 is slightly tighter than your second screenshot. The first one is (to me) way too wide. I can put it closer/zoom in, but the perspection of environment and everything is still weird in Inibuilds a320 compared to others. because of the small value of Field Of View. I was wondering if I have some issue or it's supposed to look like that, and if there's something I can do to fix it.
July 29, 2025Jul 29 What is your screen resolution? Christopher Low AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU / 64GB DDR5-6000 RAM / 12GB Nvidia RTX 4070 Super GPU / Gigabyte X870E Aorus Elite Wifi 7 / 1+2TB Samsung Evo Plus M2 Nvme UK2000 Beta Tester

July 29, 2025Jul 29 OK, so you are used to a much wider field of view than I am. That screenshot of the FBW A320 cockpit makes me feel like I am sitting in the jump seat rather than the captain's seat! As for why it is different to your other planes, I do not know the answer. Are you not able to change the field of view for the IniBuilds A320v2, or would you prefer not to have to keep changing when you switch between different aircraft? Yes sir, I use wide view, but ofcourse closer and not that far from. As the wider view makes the speed and everything feel more realistic, in my opinion atleast. I would just like to have same kind of view/ field of view in Inibuilds a320 V2 like in other planes. It feels very weird :D
July 29, 2025Jul 29 I can understand that a different FOV feels strange to you. I get the same feeling in race simulations when I test "realistic FOV". It feels very narrow and restricted, so I prefer a wider FOV when I am driving a simulated car Christopher Low AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU / 64GB DDR5-6000 RAM / 12GB Nvidia RTX 4070 Super GPU / Gigabyte X870E Aorus Elite Wifi 7 / 1+2TB Samsung Evo Plus M2 Nvme UK2000 Beta Tester
