Pilot2ATC v3 Early Access 0.2.3

• Fixes NOAA Weather information display.

• Fixes database engine installation error issue in the Full version. Not needed if updating working installation.
• Fixes several Copilot speech recognition issues. There are still known issues being worked on related to this.
• Fixes a few other bugs.

Microsoft Online Voices Fix Procedure

• Go to Voices Tab of Settings
• Press the "Install MS Natural Voices" button
• Press the "Launch Natural Voice SAPI Adapter" button
• Uninstall both 32-bit and 64-bit Voices, if they are installed. The uninstall buttons will be grayed out if not available.
• Make sure the "Enable Microsoft Edge online voices" option about halfway down the screen is checked.
• Install the 64-bit voices. This should get the v0.2.5.0 voices installed and they should now work.
• Just be aware that the online voices can have noticeable delays in starting. Sometimes in the 15-30 seconds range, but usually only 3-5 seconds.

This is the first Release Candidate for the full version with many significant fixes over previous versions.

• Fixes the Map Blocking issue. All maps should now be visible.
• Fixes the issues with Controller frequency changes en-route.
• Fixes arrival and approaches, with and without vectors.
• Improves Visual Approach instructions.
• Fixes waypoint tracking.
• Move ATC Controller radius settings to Aircraft Profiles.

• Changes APPR button to left of map to display the Approach as it exists in the ATC version of the flight plan.
• Use the Activate Approach button above the flight plan any time to see the plan with the approach activated. This will display the TOD in the position as seen by ATC since it will change depending on the approach.
