I tried it also and i'm thinking about buying it. I noticed a decrease of 3 to 6 FPS when the POI's are active, though. The advantage i see over FS Discover is the Wikipedia browser. It's very handy.Here are some screens:

You can tune XPOI to your system and decided what you want to see and at what distance so there is a very little impact to FPS. I like very much also the warp feature.I like to learn about the places where I'm flying

I like to learn about the places where I'm flying[/quote I bought it and I was very happy, but since the beginning of this year, it is impossible to have a connection to the Geonames POIS, so do not rush to buy before being sure that these connection problems are only temporary, like FsDreamteam says ... POIS GeoNames being dependent server geonames.org, so impossible to solve this problem by FSDreamteam, which is a shame becausethe program is only interesting for its geographic POISArnoz
