Cessna Agwagon Black Glass (VC)

Featured Replies

I am having a problem with the Glass texture in my cerasimaircraft Cessna Agwagon,I have been in contact with the company and they say it will not be released in FSX,I have after some manipulating ? In FSX and it is working fine except for the (black Glass) in VC?I can only see Black glass from the inside, The problem here lies in that the Glass is in with other objects in the file and not just a Glass texture file (so I cannot manipulate it to transparent with the DXTbmp fix ???)All of my other aircraft for 2004 in FSX (SP2)are working perfectly in every sense, would somebody be able to help with making the (Black Glass) transparent (this is for private use only) I know it is only the Glass as if you opened the side door`s (or side vents Glass) you can see out side clearly in VC Window. I would be much appreciated if someone could help as these would complete my fleet in FXS,And I could delete my FS2004, Thank you for your time, Regards Shaun

Hi Shaun, if there is no texture and it is defined in the material for the MDL, there is nothing you can do without recompiling the model, which the original author or someone with the source files has to do.Regards, MichaelKDFW

I don't have the a/c, but a check on the one livery available here at AVSIM, it would appear to me that the "glass" is on the wagon_ext_2_t.bmp texture (look just to the right of the center)...If this is the case, you can edit the Alpha channel to provide some needed transparency...
