September 4, 2025Sep 4 Hello everyone. I’m currently updating my Navigraph data from v2 to v3 via pilot2atc v3 included converter. I find the conversion time surprisingly long, and after searching online I haven’t been able to find out whether this long process is normal or not. My computer has been grinding away for over 20 minutes now… Does anyone know if this is expected? Thanks!
September 4, 2025Sep 4 Commercial Member It would depend on your CPU. It first has to download the V2 data. While that is going on, the progress bar just cycles from left to right, over and over. Once it gets the file downloaded, it starts conversion. The progress bar then starts filling from left to right indicating what percent of the file has been converted until it reaches 100%. If your stuck in the repeating progress bar at first, the problem is likely with the internet or Navigraph server. If it's stuck still during the conversion, then the problem is probably with the conversion. It takes about 2 to 5 minutes on most PCs. 20 minutes seems excessive unless you're running on a minimal laptop or something very slow. Dave
