Luckily thanks to the X Box operator from Microsoft, we linked up and I was able to get past my road block.

But, when I run the upgrade to have the most up to date version of 2020, it states that I don't have enough space on my c drive.

Now, I know that I have plenty of space left on the hard drive.

So, why can't I still not be able to access 2020?

Also, in my letter back to X Box support, I went to my c drive's properties.

But every time I would go back and forth between the info that I was copying into my letter and the letter itself, the numbers in the properties constantly changed on me.

But, I know I have plenty of space to run and upgrade 2020.

If anyone can help me out, I'd deeply appreciate it.

Sounds like it’s still adding up how much space has been used on your C Drive, wait for that to stop changing to get the final value.
