Scenery Problem?

Featured Replies

I loaded up FSX last night and when I start a flight the program reloads to nighttime after I set up a morning flight. The program loads up in daytime than reloads itself to night.I tried about 5 different aircraft thinking that was the problem but it still reloads to night.Does anyone have a idea what could be wrong and what a fix is? JeffG

It's probably defaulting to your computer clock. I believe there's a way to turn that off. Might be under options->general

ryanbatcund Thanks for the quick reply,I unchecked use system time and reloaded FSX and it still keeps reloading the program at night.I checked the time and its 2100 which it does every reload.I am stumped as this has never happened before. Jeff

Jeff, look in your FSX.cfg for the "SIM" section with the single lineSYSCLOCK=0this means use flight time, not computer/realworld time.If this is ok, try setting the flight time in a saved flight or a saved flight that has been made the default flight and see what happens...in the saved .FLT file"DateTimeSeason]"Season=SummerYear=2008Day=187Hours=13 :)Loyd

Hooked since FS4... now flying: FSX Acceleration on Win7/64, Core Duo E8400; GA-EP45-DS3R; GTX 460-768MB; 4G RAM; Freezer 7 Pro

I went ahead and uninstalled everything and reinstalled still reinstalling and no problems so far. Jeff
