new issue: when I Pick an "Approach" for my flight plan, and click "Activate" it loads in the flight plan. But if I click "Validate" or "File" it dissapears ?

That is correct behavior.  You can Activate the approach to preview it, but you should fly the route without the approach until ATC starts giving you vectors or clears you for the approach. 

For example, if you are flying direct to an airport with an approach that will require vectors, you will be on a course direct to the destination airport until you get your first vector heading.  At that point, you press the Activate button to be able to see where the vectors will be taking you.

That was one of the limitations of V2 that is overcome in V3.
