November 11, 2025Nov 11 Hi I got a Navigraph data subscription to use with Little Navmap. The FMS updater is very straighforward and I get the files and folders on the right place: The cycle_info.txt file shows the current data: But in Little Navmap, on the menus I dont seem to have the updated airac: Shouldnt the Navigraph part be updated with the new files? As you can see the X-Plane scenery library loader picks the data fine from xplane folders. But I wonder if theres something wrong as Littlenav map dont seem to be able to read the data directly. With MSFS24 I seem to have an issue that prevents to pick the data, not your problem. But when I use MSFS24 im stuck with 1801 cycle on Littlenav Map. Thanks in advance.
November 11, 2025Nov 11 I think you must use the Navigraph FMS data manager to update LNM, not the Navigraph hub. It is a little bit more inconvenient than the hub, but once you have added LNM to the list of supported programs in the FMS manager, it is just a matter of one or to clicks to get it updated for future cycles.
November 11, 2025Nov 11 First quit LNM before updating. The FMS Data Manager silently skips an update if LNM has the database locked. Another reason might be a wrong mapping in the FMS Data Manager. Sometimes it also messes up the mapping and installs in the wrong place, although in your case the file looks ok. I put possible solutions to this here: https://albar965.github.io/littlenavmap_navigraph.html If all goes wrong, use the manual download and installation. Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap
November 11, 2025Nov 11 I just double checked: I have exactly the same situation as you. However, when you go to scenery library, it shows the current cycle. I assume this is just an oversight in the scenery data remarks.
November 11, 2025Nov 11 Author @albar965 @qqwertz the FMS updater was copying the files and directories in the right place, but somehow when I used the manual updater LNM could see the change. I guess it could be a windows security / file access issue? Anyway it is sorted out now. Thanks for an amazing app I will donate as soon as my financial situation is better than disastrous lol.
