December 18, 2025Dec 18 First flight in quite a while. Flying into KATL at night. In the descent, I noticed at least 6 other airliners stretched out ahead of me, all following the same STAR I was on. Never saw this before, it added a really nice touch of realism. Of course, on a later flight, the vectors to final were completely nonsensical. One step forward, one step back with these guys.

Wasn't a question of taking a year to observe, for me, I've never seen BATC's traffic actually following SIDs and STARs. They typically are just flying in random directions. But hey, thanks for the snarky reply. Stay classy little man!
