Hi All,

I have been using in a variety of iterations for years. I would ocnsider myself knowledgeable to be at least dangerous.

I just purchased the 737-800 form PDMG.

At cold & dark, I set up the ground unit, import the flight plan from Simbrief, download the plan to the respective folders, ( dont think it is required ), do the IRS (instant), import the flight plan to the EAB< and then the FMC, enter in the departure and arrival.

At this point with other PDMG aircraft (777 & 789), I see nav info available on the EFIS. With the 737-800 nothing appears, see pic attached

I have tried everything I know, uninstalled (with revo uninstaller & reinstalled) OC3 & 737-800, but I cannot cure the situation. I know I must have a switch in the wrong position, but I cannot figure it out.

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance,

Your IRS is not aligned. Setting it to "instant" in the setup menu of your 737 does not mean that it is fully aligned unless you have set the switches on the Overhead Panel to "NAV".

 

And entered the reference coordinates in the FMC.
