January 7Jan 7 Commercial Member So when I installed 2024 I downloaded all the MSFS scenery packages to my community folder (a custom SSD location). Does that mean MSFS is using my local installed packages or is it still streaming those? Do I have to select something or does MSFS know to use my local scenery (we are talking the MSFS packages, no 3rd party custom scenery) rather than stream it. I take it having my scenery local will result in better load times and/or performance? Other thing I was pleasantly surprised about is I am seeing some nice looking AI aircraft all over. Is AI aircraft now included by default or is it pulling from an old MSFS 2020 install? Download, then once that completes check the exact same scenery items again and install (if you’re doing this in multiple checks, make sure all the are downloaded so you get the “install” button. This must be the French was of doing a UI 😉 … confusing and ZERO need to make this a two step process. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. - Carl Sagan
