honeycomb bravo throttle issue

Featured Replies

Hi all ,

Bit of an issue with my throttle specifically the Laxis Z  The very end lever on the right as you look at it.

I've checked the bravo throttle quadrant properties in the windows game controller settings for the Z axis and all works fine  and I get full movement showing on that.

But when i try to use this axis for either a condition lever 2 or the flaps up and down it only works to 50%. I've looked at the sensitivity curves and it only goes 50%of the way and no matter what I've tried adjusting nothing seems to work

Has anyone come across something like this or know what the issue might be?

It's hard to identify which simulator you're referring to. The throttle quadrant in MSFS has issues that I haven't seen in other sims. As you noted, in my case, two axes displayed problems despite proper calibration in Windows and MSFS. I traced the problem to keyboard bindings, even though there were no conflicts. Removing all engine-related assignments from the keyboard fixed the issue. A friend replaced their Bravo unit with a motorized throttle quadrant, which solved all problems. You may have success by following what I did.
