Check in Data Mnt (be sure to update to 0.2.9 so it will open and work correctly).  On the ARTCC tab you can display the centers that P2A uses and edit the frequencies and names if needed.

Dave radio contact is not possible when flying into a new sector, no Athens contact coming from Cairo, same issue as mentioned before.

I finally hit this on a flight and was able to identify the issue.  The next update should fix it.  What's strange is I had numerous flights where I got normal Center changes all the way.  But pretty sure this latest fix will do the trick.
