Depends on how you want to define “sufficient” … especially when it comes to a 5090 and it’s 12VHPWR and ATX 3.1 spec. The cabling and connectors that come with the Seasonic are excellent and very high quality. Seasonic is a PSU only company, that’s all they do is make PSUs (since 1975). 5090 and AMD 9950X3D with RAM and MB and fans under loads will easily hit 800-900 Watts … not much or a margin to 1200Watt.
