March 30Mar 30 I have been playing MSFS2020 on PC for many years which I purchased from the MS Store, yet today I am unable to run it due to an error. On the loading screen, it says "Do you own this game or app? I have clicked "Manage Subscription" and checked I own the game in the Xbox account. But it also says "A Game Pass Premium or Ultimate subscription is required to play this game". I dont have XBox game pass but this has never been a problem before. I have checked the online services and it is saying there are no issues with MSFS2020 today. Any ideas what I am supposed to do as Im totally lost on finding a fix and the online support is all AI based and useless.
March 30Mar 30 Author Just to update to say that I have got it working. The issue appeared to be with MS Store saying there was no internet (even though there was!) A restart of the MS Store Installer service and then a full reboot has fixed the issue.
