I double checked and I do not see anything seatbelt related in my settings.  I loaded up the default 737 (I don't own any airliners) open up FSR+ and nothing.  Not sure if it needs a certain plane or if AI is hallucinating.  

Thanks for checking for me. I contacted the dev, but have not received a response.
