May 6May 6 I stopped using this months ago because it seemed incompatible with ORBX scenery layering. I am sure many of you still use both. What do you do to make them more compatible" Thanks Sherm
May 7May 7 I find it works so long as after you make a change to scenery of any kind (adding or removing scenery, turning off a bgl, changing the scenery order etc.) you go into Orbx Central and reconfirm the insertion point. I tend to have my global scenery and area landclasses in the P3D scenery library and all third party airports as add-on xml (use Lorby to change third party airports to the add-on method). My insertion point is below the lowest third party airport package. I also delete shaders if I make a change just to be sure. If I don't re-confirm the insertion point, P3D will CTD randomly because as you say they don't tend to play together without some maintenance. Edited May 7May 7 by simfan1983
May 7May 7 Author thanks for the heads up....I may go back to using it, but since things are looking good now and I don't plan major scenery changes, I probably will just let this sleeping dog lie... Sherm
