May 8May 8 Interesting. I never considered FSI Panel for skipping cruise. I use Quantum Leap (which works for everything between FS9 and MSFS2024, and it's freeware), but I need to enter the time manually, set the direct-to in the FMS, and adjust the fuel load manually. Except for some aircraft (none in MSFS), the elapsed time in the aircraft won't consider the skipped time. A bit more cumbersome that what the FSL buses (and I uderstand the Toliss A346 too) do, where you simply select a waypoint, and the plane adjusts everything for you. You only need to negotiate the direct-to with ATC. What will FSI Panel give me that Quantum Leap won't? May 10May 10 Author FSIPanel bascially started off as a tool to setup and practice approaches. This slew ahead feature was initially added as a BETA feature on release of the PMDG 777. There are two types of licenses: Standard and advanced. You can look up the features of both on the fsipanel website. One added feature for the advanced version is to be able to download and fly scenarios which are as far as I understand full flights with some failure or twist added to them. FSIPanel does not support all aircraft. It supports most of the airliners except for the ToLiss A340 AFAIK. I mainly use FSIPanel to practice my landings. Regards Irfan Ahmed
