I had to reinstall MS2024 because I had my Windows 11 registry corrupted. Everything has gone ok, but after installing MS2024 I have SU5 Update beta 1.7.27.0 and not 1.7.28.0 which was I had until today.

What to do? Anyone can help me?

From memory, I recall Microsoft saying that the final beta version and the release version of a service update are identical. So it might be the case that SU5 beta 1.7.27.0 and SU5 1.7.28.0 are effectively the same.

Are you still enrolled in the beta?

I've never understood why they do it John. Every time a new release drops, there are many people on the beta who post on their forums "I haven't got the release, I'm still on beta!", after which MS explain that the release is the same as the final beta.

Even if they just updated those beta participant's installation to change just the version number, I think it would prevent a lot of user concern and posts.
