Question about P3Dv4 TropicalSim scenery

Featured Replies

I have been installing a few older Troplicalsim sceneries made for P3Dv4 into P3Dv5.4 and I have a question about them. So far, all the ones I have installed also want me to install Autogen Configuration Merger tool. I have skipped installing this because I don't know if it is needed for P3Dv5.4 or if it even works in v5.4. Should I go back and install the Autogen Configuration Merge tool? I think the airports look like they are working to me Autogen wise.

The airports asking to install Autogen Configuration Merger tool are LPLA, LPGR, TFFF, and LTAI.

I don't think it's necessary. If the airport looks OK without it then I would skip it. I can't remember if that's what I did or not however, I have 4 or 5 of their sceneries and they are pretty good.
