I would have 2 questions:

Question #1: in the tablet settings I've remove the SATCOM antenna but everytime I start the sim it comes back. Is it possible to make it persistent?

Question #2: on the PFD it seems not possible to have the ETA at each waypoint (contrary to Boeing) because there is no DATA button on the FCU. Correct?

Regarding the Satcom and other EFB settings you need to go into your community folder.

Look for...Community\fnx-aircraft-321-liveries\SimObjects\Airplanes\FNX_32X\liveries\fnx

Choose the livery you wish to change.

Inside you will find a livery file. Open it with notepad and add the entries below...each setting is explained by Fenix. Link below.
