Hi Having an issue with clearance delivery. Can contact clearance at KMSP but not at KMLI or KORD. ATIS is working at KMLI though. Have current pilot2atc installed. Trying demo at this time. Using xplane 12.

If you mean you are not hearing a response from Clearance, except you did get one at KMSP, then most likely it's a problem with voices. Microsoft disabled the free use of their Online voices in desktop applications other than their own. ATIS is working because you selected a non-online voice for it.

So, you will need to uninstall all the online voices.
