Proud new Glass Out user here

Featured Replies

I just wanted to share with the community that I switched from using PopOutPanelManager to Glass Out with some insight on how well the product and customer support has been. My setup is 7 screens connect to the PC via video card, USB dongle and one is an iPad tablet. I was using Duet Display to make my tablet seen as an extra monitor. After discovering the touch did not work on the tablet with using just the PC client of GlassOut and having quick replies with the developer, I downloaded the iOS Glass Out app from the iOS store and I was all set.

Now to get up in running I no longer need the POPM and DuetDisplay. I start the app on my PC and Tablet and everything works. I had no reason to move from POPM to GlassOut as my system has worked fine and I've never felt the need for more frames, however, after reading a post from the author of POPM stating his support and personal use of the product figured it was worth giving it a try. This post is only to provide positive feedback for any users like me who want to have the ability to use pop out screens for other monitors and have a combination of PC and tablet screens that it works seamlessly. You just need to add the app to your tablet devices.
