Saturday at 10:40 AM3 days Hi,I need some expert help. I tried to figure it out myself, but I got stuck.Target:I bought the BKSQ Command 114 and would like to swap the interior (read panel textures) of the N177AQ variant with another interior I downloaded (Tim HH livery)I don't like the wooden panel and would like to swap with the (white/beige) interior (panel) textures of Tim HH 'D-EHGO' livery. What did I do?I thought it basically would be a copy/paste of all 'INTERIOR_*.*' files from the Texture.D-EHGO folder to the Texture.N177AQ folder.Apparently it is notIn the BKSQ Command114 folder, there are several Texture.??Interior folders, which I suspect containing the interior textures, including those for the panelHowever I find no reference or whatsoever in CFG/XML files to these folders. Please advice Location: Vleuten, The Netherlands, 17.3dme SPL 108.40 | Simulator: FS2024 System: AMD 7800X3D - Gigabyte X670 - RTX 4090 - 64GB DDR5 - 2 x 2TB SSD - 32" 1440p Display - Windows 11 Pro
Saturday at 11:10 AM3 days In theory, you'd copy these files from Tim's repaint to the texture folder (or the livery texture folder you want to use) :-https://i.postimg.cc/44vzNTY4/jj.jpgHowever, if the textures use materials channels (rather than static ALBD textures) this won't work. I know very little about the KTX2 files that 2024 uses. My experience is that sometimes I've been able to do what you're trying and other times it hasn't worked.
