The guy goes into the backyard and sees a Yorkshire terrier standing there.

"You talk?" he asks.

"Oh aye," Yorkie replies.

The guy is amazed. He goes back inside and asks the owner how much he wants for the dog.

The owner says, "Eight pounds."

The guy says, "This dog is amazing. Why on earth are you selling him, so cheap?"

The owner replies, "Naw, he's just a big liar. He didnae dae any ae that stuff."
