March 10, 200818 yr Yes, I saw him do the Shrike Commander show in the early 70s at Kissimmee (finished with a deadstick landing out of a loop), and again a few years later at Oshkosh, where he also performed in his P51.
March 10, 200818 yr Author Kent Peitsch does the same or similar kind of thing in a 1942 Interstate Cadet.... I've seen it at the Winnipeg Airshow in 2003 or 2004...Neat stuff...
