August 23, 200421 yr Any quality paint program will have a resizing/resampling utility. Most folks use Paint Shop Pro. I use Corel Photo-Paint 8 or Adobe Photoshop but there are others like The Gimp, Microsoft Image Composer and you can even use MS Paint.Lou
