Recommended Posts

I would like to know two things if someone could help me out...1: How do you re-size existing textures to smaller ones?2: Which texutures are smaller (file size) DXT3,DXT1, or 8-bit?Thanks design gurus for fielding these questions.:7

Any quality paint program will have a resizing/resampling utility. Most folks use Paint Shop Pro. I use Corel Photo-Paint 8 or Adobe Photoshop but there are others like The Gimp, Microsoft Image Composer and you can even use MS Paint.Lou
