Just did a quick google, based on a comment on the video.... Apparently it's an acronym, HATR...http://acronyms.thefreedictionary.com/HATRI'm not sure what the 2nd definition is, so I can't say for sure exactly which of those 2 definitions is correct in this context....

Ah... that makes total sense. I googled forever and could find anything with the way I spelled it. I didn't even think of trying an acronym. Thanks StoneCold. Hazardous Air Traffic Report (HATR).
