March 12, 200719 yr Author Out of interest I googled "Turn Coordinator Specification" and found the United Instruments site.http://www.unitedinstrumentsinc.com/nss-fo...1inc/UI9000.pdfThe UI9000 turn coordinator specification states that at a 360 deg/min turn the deflection of the symbolic aircraft shall be 36 plus/minus 6 degrees (ie plus/minus 17%) at room temperature. At a temperature of -30deg C the deflection shall be 36 plus/minus 12 degrees (ie plus/minus 33%). It complies with FAA TSO-C3b.Are we looking for more accuracy than is achieved by real world instruments? Gerry Howard
