October 22, 200718 yr Hi allI'm trying to get the N1 bug on an N1 tape type speed gauge to auto change to show the N1 limits for particulat conditions.I'm wondering if I can access the N1 tables (graphs) in the air file and access these with XML variables so the air file will auto set the N1 values for the blue bug???Would you have any idea.cheers, nick

They represent the N1 value generated based on the current N2 value. The current N2 value is generated based on the current throttle. There are other variables involved, but that's the simplest explanation. Most N1 bugs are set based on a flight 'phase', and there's absolutely nothing in the air file regarding the phase of flight (takeoff/landing/etc).
