June 25, 200223 yr Hi all.I'm in a terrible hurry, so I won't even read the new posting now. :-(It's been a hell of a day and my plans got seriously delayed.I want you guys to do me a little favour.Since 2morrow is going to be a carbon copy of 2day, can you please check if this calculator works ? I did it in between endless interruptions and in stollen time, so I DO NOT KNOW if it works !!!(well, you get to try it before me !! :-( )This is the link to it, the only one, since it's not on the fsregen page. : http://www.nhreas.com/download/fsregen_028test.zipPlease either e-mail me or post. I hope 2morrow to get a chance to have a look. This is what it looks like :http://www.nhreas.com/images/calc.jpgHappy hunting (bug hunting that is).All the bestGeorge
June 25, 200223 yr Commercial Member Hi Bob,I think this method is much better when you want to cover an entire country with lakes and other sorts of polygons. Just imagine how many textures you would get when you used the photoreal approach. And then the country I am working on (the Netherlands) is not even that big.Arno Member Netherlands 2000 Scenery Team[a href=http://home.wanadoo.nl/arno.gerretsen]http://home.wanadoo.nl/arno.gerretsen/banner.jpg[/a] Arno If the world should blow itself up, the last audible voice would be that of an expert saying it can't be done. June 25, 200223 yr Sorry George. The program won't run... Gives a "file not found" message. Let's start a new thread about your tool ( This thread is too long already, and I have some ideas for your tool ).Here's the tool I've been using:http://snow.prohosting.com/ludowr/Download...pCalculator.zip
June 25, 200223 yr Hi there..Last posting on this thread then ..:-)I have included the tool in fsregen. You see I have all the support routines there so it's easier than spliting the whole thing. You must have fsregen installed.Cheers George
