September 26, 200421 yr I am trying to move De Vere field to it's proper place. I went into AFCAD and moved the reference points and the runway to the correct co-ordinates. When I started it I was where the airport is now but the old grassy surrounding is still back at the old place. So my question is. How do I move the surrounding grass area where the airport used to be and then position it at the right place, and to omit the autogen in that area and return the old place to normal? Chris Miller
September 27, 200421 yr Commercial Member It is not possible to simply move the grass polygon, which is a VTP polygon. The best way would be to exclude the current one and then create a new one with either Ground2k or SBuilder. Arno If the world should blow itself up, the last audible voice would be that of an expert saying it can't be done. FSDeveloper.com | Former Microsoft FS MVP | Blog
September 27, 200421 yr Thank you!Would Excbuider v2 work for excluding all the terrian and grass polygon? Chris Miller
September 27, 200421 yr Author No!, Excludebuilder only excludes those items above the terrain. It will also not exclude runways, taxiways, aprons, etc. Runways, taxiways, aprons, etc. are deleted with the Bill Sieffert
