Hi Luis....I had downloaded LWM Viewer and set it aside until I find out what Microsoft Visual C++ 8 Runtime is....Do I need to buy Visual Studio (BAD) or is this just some download or a standalone dll I can download somewhere for free? (GOOD)

You certainly don't need to buy Visual Studio. A quick check on the microsdoft website revealed thishttp://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...&DisplayLang=enAs I recall Visual C++ 8 is VS2005.
