I'm using FSX SDK SP2: I can create a bgl with season variations but when I try to add the blend mask I get the following error: Warning, incorrect count for field "DateTime" (19, expecting 20); tag ignored. The new bgl will have the seasons and night variations but no blend.The blend file is created with PaintShop, it is a greyscale TIFF 8/256 depth. The "DateTime" error has me stumped.Any suggestions?Thanks,

The DateTime error was a red herring... it wasn't causing the blendmask to fail. I have got blendmask working now.The error with the DateTime tag is still there, using several different photographics programs converting between bmp and tif. I found the specs for TIFF at Adobe and figured out that the DateTime tag is supposed to be 20 8-bit bytes but wonder if anyone else that is using the resample application in the SDK has this same quirk.Good news, I can now post an updated KSEA scenery with photo background.
