June 22, 200817 yr Author Commercial Member Hi,In FSX there is no difference between scenery and aircraft MDL files anymore. So if you add the MDL to a object library you should be able to place it in the scenery without problems. Two things can make this not so desirable though:1. The model could be too detailed for static scenery, so that might hurt your framerate.2. The legal part, I don't think it is allowed to distribute a BGL object library that contains one of the default aircraft MDL files. Arno If the world should blow itself up, the last audible voice would be that of an expert saying it can't be done. FSDeveloper.com | Former Microsoft FS MVP | Blog
