hi to all,I supposed that closing by AFCAD for TO or LDG the PRIMARY or SECONDARY direction of a runway the ATC stops to clear traffics to TO or LDG on the closed directions.On the contrary I discovered that the TO or LDG closed directions continue to be used normally without any consequence.There's some tip to force ATC to apply what has been selected by AFCAD?Thanks
