March 5, 200620 yr I have UK VFR Terrain and freeware mesh for France and I notice that in both regions now I can see the squares of the mesh itself where I am sure I could not do so only a couple of days ago. Does anyone have an idea why this would be?Mykk
March 5, 200620 yr Commercial Member Hi Mykk,I'm not sure what you mean by "squares of the mesh"?I have a hunch though that you're talking about squared-off sections of coastline, correct? In that case it's not the mesh that is causing problems but some other add-on that has removed the default water/land definition files. Are you using any add-on for Europe that provides more accurate water bodies, directly or via photoreal textures?A quick check would be to open your FS9SceneryEurwscenery folder and look for files with an extension different from .bgl, like .bak or .bgl.bakCheers, Holger
March 15, 200620 yr Author VFR Terrain removes the default coastline for parts of Scotland, France and the Netherlands. There is a fix available at http://www.visualflight.net/vfrterrain/updates.htm It's about 2/3 of the way down the page called "Replacement Coastlines by Nigel Glossop".George
