There was a message posted today on the alt.games.microsoft.flight-sim forum from someone (Andy Robinson) who has claimed he has cracked the taxi speed code and is developing a utility to change the taxi speeds. Alas, no details on where or how he found it.

It was remarked on one of the newsgroup forums that this would work in Windows 98 only. True?
