Taxi Speed Code Cracked?

There was a message posted today on the alt.games.microsoft.flight-sim forum from someone (Andy Robinson) who has claimed he has cracked the taxi speed code and is developing a utility to change the taxi speeds. Alas, no details on where or how he found it.

Wow! That would be excellent news! Something that crucial to smoothing airport congestion ("Delta 334, exit runway when able!!) would spread like wild fire. Hope it's true!Rick
